An OC I made based on 
mini series 5683. Her name is Holly Parks a.k.a Sugar Cupid!
Information
Holly Parks transfers to Ingrid and Margarite's school after the summer holidays finnished (Please note that I'm assuming the mini series is set during their school holidays).
She loves Manga and Anime like Pretty Cure, Tokyo Mew Mew, Sailor moon and such and loves to draw and aspires to be a comic artist. Being so different she's scared of what the other will think of her so keeps everything about her a secret when she is introduced to her class.
During Recess Ingrid and Margarite see her eating by herself and drawing in her sketch book so they decide to go sit with her, Holly gets nervouse as she's afraid that they'll find out about her interests and pick on her and runs away concerned the girls follow only to find Holly cornered by a Heart Attack, they transform into Violet and Rose Cupid in front of her and fight the monster, but there's something different about it, it was a much stronger version and they're finding it hard to beat it.
Holly then tries to protect the girls from it and it attacks her, but all of a sudden a bright light shines from above and a mysterious figure called MoMo and she tells her she's the long lost third Cupid and gives Holly a transformation device and she transforms into the Combaton(Is that how you spell it?) Sugar Cupid! With Sugar on their side Violet and Rose actually start to beat the strange new heart attack and with all new weapons they perform the combined attack Lovely Shooting Star and defeat the new Heart Attack which MoMo calls the Beta Version. With a new threat to deal with the Cupids start on their new adventure!
